I’ve worked for several roofing companies selling roofs and things like that. Every time I see the pictures and the siding’s all beat up and the fascia is rotting off the house, they don’t want to talk about fixing any of that. All they want to do is do the roof. It’s a one-day job. Get in, get out. They don’t really care about what the house actually looks like. I do, and always have.

Your house would look much better with a paint job after we put this brand new roof on. You’ve got some rotted soffit here in your dormers. Why don’t you let me give you a reasonable bid? We’re already here. Let me give you a reasonable bid to fix that. We can get some painting and bring your house back to full life. Let’s make it look good.
Daily cleanup, not just at the end. When our materials have to sit in your yard, we reseed the grass where they sat. None of that is fancy. It’s just doing the whole job instead of half of it.
Why does “more than roofers” matter to me?
Because the parts other crews skip are the parts that come back to bite you. The fascia nobody mentioned. The flashing that wasn’t quite right. It won’t get better with time. It will just get worse. Cheaper to fix it now and walk away than wait until it does damage to six other things.
When the company that did your roof also does your fence and your siding, they’re not in a hurry to disappear.

Do you only do roofs? No. Ad Lib is a full construction shop. Roofing, fencing, decks, siding, and renovations.
Is the workmanship warranty real? Yes. A lifetime workmanship warranty on the roofs I install. I don’t care how long your warranty is. I’m never going to tell you your warranty expired.
Do you replace fascia and soffit? When the job calls for it, yes, as part of the work. I tell you up front if it needs it.
